Namibia

All of our safaris are private. You pick dates and itinerary. Only you and your group will be along.

A very diverse country, both geographically and culturally, Namibia has one of the lowest population densities in the world, boasting coast line, mountains, desert and savannah. Himba, Herero, Nama and San (Bushman) are the main ethnic groups. It's parks and wilderness areas, such as the Namib Naukluft, Skeleton Coast, Etosha, Waterberg Plateau, Fish River Canyon, Sosussvlei and Kaudom NP are easily accessible and uncrowded. Rare flora such as the Welwitchia and window plants and fauna such such as Desert Elephant and Black Rhino can all be enjoyed on the same trip.

Basic Mobile Safaris
On this safari, you will be guided by a professional licensed guide who will furnish everything. Your guide will do all the driving, furnish all necessary camping supplies and do the cooking. You will help by erecting and disassembling your tent  as well as helping with dish washing, gathering firewood and maybe some food prep. The camping gear consists of dome tents, comfortable mattresses and all bedding. Depending on your itinerary, some of your campsites will be in established campgrounds while others will be in the wilderness.

If your group exceeds three, you will need to rent a second vehicle and share in the driving. We recommend only two people for each extra vehicle as you will be filling up the back seat with backpacks, camera gear etc. You may add overnight stops at lodges if desired at additional cost.

He will chronicle your trip with photographs or give you specialized photo instruction during the trip. These trips require a minimum of four and a maximum of six participants.
